Vegan Chickpea Flatbreads

Ingredients

1 cup chickpea/besan flour
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined
  2. Once combined let sit for 30 minutes for the flour to absorb all the water
  3. Pour 2-3 tbsp of mixture in a pan oiled with ghee or olive oil and cook on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side
  4. Serve topped with za’atar and olive oil or with your favourite curries
